My Work
My project experience has ranged from technology application development (full SDLC) including mobile, dashboard (and other web development), infrastructure remediation, information security, data conversion, process improvement, to projects in support of sales and marketing. My customers have been both internal from multiple business areas, and external. I have also worked as a project manager on innovative projects, in program and organizational development initiatives spanning multiple geographies; spear-headed and planned several networking and promotional events, managed a portfolio of projects and led an innovation idea lab and team. I’ve supported the development of new Program Management Offices/PMO's at Kaiser Permanente, Matson Navigation, and Accenture, and a major HR re-organization at Accenture. As such, I have developed a keen understanding of leading organizational change across a variety of functional groups, implementing best practices for seamless transitions.
