Developed a strategic partnership with Enchanted Lands Coworking & Wellness to create community-centered wellness programming, coworking experiences, and collaborative events during the COVID-19 recovery period.

Challenge

COVID-19 created significant uncertainty for wellness businesses and community gathering spaces. Enchanted Lands faced declining activity and limited programming opportunities, while Three Trees Wellness needed physical space and new ways to engage community members safely and meaningfully.

Results & Impact

Created a collaborative wellness ecosystem that generated successful community events, introduced new audiences to both organizations, increased visibility for wellness offerings, and established a creative model for partnership-based programming during a highly challenging period for small businesses.
