Overview
Developed and launched a digital commerce and content platform for visionary artist Robert Mertens, transforming a large body of original artwork into a scalable online business, community engagement, and customer experience ecosystem. Managed strategy, website development, content architecture, product catalog design, marketing operations, promotional campaigns, and launch planning.
Challenge
Robert had an extensive portfolio of visionary artwork but lacked a structured digital presence, sales strategy, product architecture, and operational systems to support audience growth, community engagement, and online sales. The project required translating hundreds of artistic assets into a cohesive customer experience while balancing creative vision, technical implementation, and business objectives.
