Challenge
Expand Three Trees Wellness offerings beyond yoga and mindfulness by introducing creative and therapeutic programming that would deepen community engagement and provide new pathways for emotional well-being and self-expression.
Results & Impact
Established a strategic partnership with a highly credentialed Expressive Arts Therapist, developed branded workshop concepts and operational infrastructure, and positioned the program for future growth through both one-time events and recurring class offerings.
