Led modernization of communication systems, member engagement initiatives, and operational processes supporting a volunteer-driven nonprofit community.

Subud Marin is a nonprofit spiritual and community organization serving members through gatherings, events, cultural programming, and educational opportunities. The project focused on modernizing communications, improving organizational visibility, and creating systems that better connected members with programs, facilities, and community resources.

Work included communications planning, website modernization, content organization, stakeholder engagement, and digital resource management. The project supported greater transparency, accessibility, and engagement while helping the organization communicate more effectively with both existing and prospective members.
